India outclassed

So India lost to Zimbabwe.
As an Indian, I should be pissed and disappointed, but instead I am laughing.
This is the best thing that could happen to Indian cricket.
We know that our bench strength is full of shit, but losing to Zimbabwe is like a slap on the face.
Like Ayaz Memon tweeted, it's because of overconfidence.
I hope Gary Kirsten breaks their balls.

Cricket's not in my blood. The closest thing I've had to someone associated with cricket is my father's uncle, who was a local umpire.

I suck at playing the game, but like most Indians feel that I know a lot about it. Trivia-wise, I may have an edge, but then when I look at Ask Steven's blog, I feel like a wannabe cricket quizzer.

My love for the game - like millions of other Indians - has involved expressing my frustration over the Indian side that I've followed since I was a kid.

This isn't a blog, but a collection of my thoughts of what I feel about the game and its players today.

While I am no Jarrod Kimbler, who I feel is the best cricket writer going around, I will try and make this an enjoyable, yet informative blog.
